How to use
Use extreme weight loss formula two times a day, 1½ table spoons in the morning and 1½ tbsp in the evening an hour of more after dinner, for 10 days in a row. 2 bottles included.Use each for 5 days.
Heat a cup of water over the stove and not in the microwave. Mix the extreme weight loss solution well before each use. Pour 1 cup of room temperature or warm water into a cup (not hot), add 1½ table spoons of extreme weight loss formula, and stir well. Do not let it sit. Drink everything in the cup at once and do not sip like a tea.
If taste is strong, add mix to homemade carrot, orange or apple juice. Note: weight loss results will be less.
Option 1 (Minimal weight loss results)
Drink extreme weight loss formula first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and do not eat or drink anything for 1 hour. It is important to drink a glass of water after an hour and also to drink a glass of water every 2 hours for a total of 8 glasses of water per day. You may eat breakfast after 2 hours from the list of fruits from the lunch menu. Eat only the foods recommended from Dr. J’s meal plan for lunch and dinner. Limit meal size to 2½ cups. Drink another dose of weight loss mix in the evening after dinner..
Option 2 (Best weight loss results)**** Dr. J recommendation
Drink extreme weight loss formula first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and do not eat or drink anything until lunch. You may drink a glass of water after an hour. Drink a glass of water every 2 hours for a total of 8 glasses of water per day. Eat only the foods recommended from Dr. J’s meal plan for lunch and dinner. Limit meal size to 2½ cups. Drink another dose of extreme weight loss formula in the evening after dinner.
Option 3 (Extreme weight loss results)

Nutri Total Supplement Use – While on the extreme wt. loss, take a cap full (2 tbsp) with or after meals (lunch or dinner). When off the plan take with breakfast for energy all day.

Use a homemade dressing: Mix 2 tbsp of vinegar & 2 tbsp
